With Diagnostiek voor U's client portal, you can easily schedule appointments for all tests (except blood tests) yourself. You can also view laboratory results (blood, urine, etc). This applies to results known to Diagnostiek voor U from 1 February 2021. You can also view the results of other tests and exams here. This only applies to results known to us from 1 November 2021.

You can also update your personal details on the portal and fill out questionnaires. Your responses will be added to your file, so that the employee performing the exam or test can access them. Detailed information about the client portal can be found on this page.

You will need a computer or tablet with internet access. You will also need a valid DigiD, consisting of a username and password, and you will have to verify your identity via SMS or the DigiD app. To make an appointment in the portal, you must have been referred to Diagnostiek voor U by your GP.

Go to www.diagnostiekvooru.nl and click on 'MijnDiagnostiekvoorU' at the top right. You will then be taken to the page where you can sign in to the portal with a valid DigiD. After logging in, you will be able to view your details.

Your DigiD is a way to verify your identity online. You could see it as a digital passport of sorts. A DigiD consists of a personal username and a password. You need your personal DigiD to sign in to MijnDiagnostiekvoorU.

If you want to view the medical data and/or want to schedule or change an appointment as an authorized representative, you can log in to 'Authorize DigiD' with your own DigiD. Logging in is possible if the authorization has been arranged with the government and the patient is 17 years or older. For more information: https://machtigen.digid.nl.

No, you cannot sign in without a valid DigiD.

If you have problems accessing the portal, please contact the Client Contact department via 088 – 21 41 149.

On the 'Appointments' page in MijnDiagnostiekvoorU, you can quickly see a list of your appointments, along with the time, location and test/exam in question. You can also edit or cancel the appointment on the same page.

Please note that this does not apply to appointments for blood tests.

The 'My details' page in MijnDiagnostiekvoorU contains all the details that Diagnostiek voor U has on record for you. If your details are incorrect, you may be able to update them yourself in the portal.

You will find an overview of your appointment history under the Appointment tab and History sub-tab. You can view your appointment history from the day the portal was launched.

You can view the results of laboratory tests (such as blood, urine, stool and STD tests) known to us from 1 February 2021. Results of other exams go back to 1 November 2022. The results shown in the portal are reports only. You cannot view photos or images in the portal.

Several things might have happened.

  • Messages from Diagnostiek voor U may end up in your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation from Diagnostiek voor U, check your spam folder.
  • You may not have indicated that you wish to receive confirmations or other information from Diagnostiek voor U by email. You can do this by changing your settings in the MijnDiagnostiekvoorU client portal, under the tab 'My details'.

If you do not use the portal, you will be automatically logged out after 15 minutes.

U kunt in het cliëntportaal eenvoudig toestemming geven dat uw medische gegevens gedeeld mogen worden met andere zorgverleners dan alleen uw zorgverlener die bij ons de aanvraag voor uw onderzoek heeft gedaan. Indien u toestemming geeft kunnen uw uitslagen namelijk ook beschikbaar gemaakt worden bij de specialist in het ziekenhuis indien u daarnaar doorverwezen wordt. Dat gebeurt dan digitaal, veilig en snel.

Hoe geeft u toestemming?

  1. Log in in het cliëntportaal
  2. Ga naar het menu bovenin en kies voor 'Mijn gegevens'
  3. Ga naar 'Toestemmingen'
  4. Ga naar 'Delen Medische gegevens' en vink Ja of Nee aan op de paarse button rechts.
