You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment for blood sampling via the appointment portal for blood sampling. Simply enter the order code found in the confirmation email that you received after making the original appointment. You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment for other exams via the MijnDiagnostiekvoorU client portal. You must log in to the portal with your DigiD for this.
If you have an appointment with Diagnostiek voor U, please remember to bring the following:
- A valid ID (passport, driver's licence or ID card)
- The referral letter from your general practitioner or physician
- Are you taking any medication? If so, you must also bring an up-to-date list of all the medication you currently take. Your pharmacist can print out an overview for you.

Nee, dat kunt u niet zelf doen. Wanneer u om medische redenen niet in staat bent om naar een priklocatie te gaan voor bloedafname, overlegt u dit dan met uw zorgverlener. Deze regelt dat u thuis geprikt wordt. U hoeft hier zelf niets voor te doen.
Wanneer u met regelmaat een oproep krijgt voor bloedafname en u niet in staat bent om naar een priklocatie te gaan, dan heeft uw zorgverlener dit bij ons aangegeven. Wij sturen u tijdig een oproep met daarin de datum waarop wij u thuis komen prikken. Ook daarvoor kunt u niet zelf een afspraak plannen.
You can drop off a urine sample for laboratory research at almost all of our locations during opening hours. You do not need an appointment for this. Opening hours are listed on this website under the respective location. Note that some tests do require you to schedule an appointment by phone to drop off your urine sample:
- Dysmorphic erythrocytes and cell cylinders: drop off your urine sample within one hour at our main location Diagnostiek voor U Boschdijk. Call us at 088 - 21 41 149 to schedule your appointment.
If you require an appointment for a specific exam, this will be explicitly mentioned in the description of the exam in question and in your physician's referral letter.

You can. We can take blood samples for two or more blood tests during one and the same appointment. You should have received two (or more) referral letters from your general practitioner or physician. Remember to bring all referral letters with you to your appointment.

Fasting before blood sampling means that you cannot eat or drink anything (except water) from 23:00 on the day before your exam. If you take any medication, you may do so after your blood sample has been taken.
Yes, you can. When you click the “schedule an appointment for blood sampling” button, you can select “anticoagulation clinic” in the appointment portal and then choose the consultation hour that works best for you. The anticoagulation clinic requires appointments to be made before 12:30. This is taken into account in the appointment portal.
Your caregiver must order this jar from Diagnostiek voor U. They will let you know when and where you can collect it.
No, corona measures no longer apply at Diagnostiek voor U. According to the RIVM, general measures to prevent the spread of respiratory infections are sufficient.
