Summary of Annual Report 2022: Further focus on digitisation and standardisation

This is necessary to continue offering our full range of laboratory diagnostics and functional and imaging testing with more efficient operations and a focus on maintaining the quality of our services. In this respect, the ‘DOP’ (Digital Order Process) Programme is the most impactful project in the pursuit of working completely paper-free, from orders to laboratory analysis to test reports.

The Sustainability Programme was also launched during the reporting year. For sustainability, an integral sustainability policy was drawn up for the coming years to make sustainability one of the pillars on which our organisation is built.
