The client council is here to help

Do you have a suggestion to improve the care or services provided by Diagnostiek voor U? Share your suggestions, needs and wishes with the client council. They’re here to help!

What does the client council do?

The client council represents the interests of our clients, and that includes you! The council ensures that clients have their voices heard and can weigh in on issues that matter to them, such as major organisational changes, security and privacy. The council does this by giving solicited and unsolicited advice to the Diagnostiek voor U Board of Directors and Supervisory Board.

Methods

Since it was established in 2010, the client council has always consisted of five to seven members. The council currently has five members, all of whom are clients of Diagnostiek voor U. The council meets approximately 6 times a year to discuss the latest issues and prepare advice for the board, which is then discussed in its meetings with the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board.

The client council is here for you!

It is important for the client council to know exactly what clients care about most, so do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any suggestions, questions or comments. The council members would love to hear more about areas for improvement, as well as with what parts of our services you are particularly satisfied.
