Diagnostiek voor U is a diagnostic centre and therefore a specialist in diagnostics. We work with other healthcare providers to provide diagnostics services, ranging from phlebotomy, blood tests, reporting and advice. Our internal processes are efficient and effective. Quality is a key priority and we are committed to transparent disclosure. Our organisation has multiple certifications. Certification is an independent audit on the soundness of business processes and compliance with laws and regulations, professional standards and mutual arrangements.

NEN EN ISO 9001:2015 for the entire organisation's quality management system.

This certificate guarantees that the organisation is focused on putting customer needs first and continues to constantly improve all internal processes in order to increase customer satisfaction.

ISO 15189:2012 for the Laboratory
This accreditation is specifically intended for medical laboratories with a strong focus on research quality, patient and staff safety and a demonstrable culture of continuous improvement. View full scope.

These certificates safeguard the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information.

SAN

Our organisation is also a member of the SAN network of Collaborating Medical Labs in the Netherlands (Samenwerkende Artsenlaboratoria Nederland). SAN’s objectives include promoting expertise, quality, cooperation and knowledge transfer.

Specialists

We work with medical and laboratory specialists who comply with all relevant professional guidelines and take part in department audits where applicable. During these quality audits, departments have their professional quality and responsibility reviewed by peers on location. Participation is mandatory for re-registration of medical and laboratory specialists.
